    No, it isn't supposed to be Citizen. It IS supposed to be Human. And also, if you did want to change it all to Citizen, you could just open it in Notepad or Notepad++ (which would be even better), do Ctrl+F, go to Replace, write Human > Citizen and hit Replace All.
