Did I miss something?

  1. Greetings C16 community!

    After years of being absent, I just returned to download my P4 copy. To my suprise a new store system has been implemented and none of my purchases are registered anymore.

    So..what do I do know (no, not going to buy it again)? Am I missing a step? (already linked my Steam account)

    Do you have the email for the transaction? PayPal sends emails for every transaction so you may be able to find it unless you deleted the email.

    Alright, I guess it's up to @kurozael to help. If you still have access to your store account then you could also try opening a ticket, if not then try recovering your account and doing the same.
