Hi guys. If you are a Clockwork customer and don't have your status set here, you need to write a support ticket on the store with your forum username included to get it set as soon as possible. Then, if you PM me on the Discord ( https://discordapp.com/invite/FPPBXy ) I can set your Customer status there, too. We will soon be preventing non-Customers from creating threads in the Support Desk forum, and will not be supporting anybody who does not have a Customer tag. This is not a long process, we'll set your Customer status quickly All users, in the mean time, should respond to help requests with non-Customers to say "Please write a support ticket on the Store, including your forum username, to get your Customer status set before we can help you."
