    cool models, but i think what hl2rp needs is like, a proper set of models for all divisions and ranks of the cca, i hate seeing beta cops and retro cops walking around on the same server.

    Because I was testing around and used a worldspace normal, greyscaled it and then overlayed it on the diffuse as a soft light and I checked it ingame and it looks good.

    I think the screen itself could use a more clear background image with a single to few colors (blue for example), while the city logo (probably best to leave it numberless for wide use?) is a very darker blue. I just think the screen looks a little cluttered.

    I'd imagine them having to be numerous for every number though, unless you add one bodygroup for the first digit and another for the second digit. Therefore being able to number cities from 1 to 99 (but instead of single-digit cities being numbered "04" for example, the "0" bodygroup should just be completely invisible)

    Anything can have body groups. Ragdolls, npcs, vehicles, models, sweps (yes, that's possible). The only thing that can't have a body group is the map itself.
