    The beta server is no longer up and development has come to a halt. I have been considering picking up this project again but there won't be another public server for some time.

    The development progress is at a halt for now. It'll eventually be worked on and finished, just not any time soon.

    No, but it will be possible to get them by buying HLC when it's finished and being sold as a schema.
