Warnings now have presets that describe a violation and will apply a static amount of warning points to the user being warned. The following are all possible descriptions that will be added to your warn.

Inappropriate Content will apply 3 warning points and will expire after 14 days.
Community Bashing will apply 3 warning points and will expire after 14 days.
Shitposting will apply 2 warning points and will expire after 14 days.
Wrong Board will apply 2 warning points and will expire after 14 days.
Trolling will apply 1 warning points and will expire after 14 days.
Evading Administrative Action will apply 5 warning points and will expire after 14 days.
Inappropriate Advertising will apply 5 warning points and will expire after 14 days.
Custom warnings will apply 1 warning points and will expire after 14 days.

Warning points do stack until expiration, so if you accumulate enough points, you will be automatically banned.
After 6 points, a 2 day ban is instituted.
    After 9 points, 5 days.
    After 12 points, 7 days.
    After 15 points, 21 days.
    After 20 points, 30 days.

Furthermore, a moderator must post a public warning to the post. This does not mean an edited post explaining the warn, but rather a small box will appear above the warned post detailing the warn, like so.

When you are warned, this notification will be shown to you.

You can now see all warns and where they came from by navigating to your profile. A new tab next to "Information" called "Warnings" will be visible. This will show you all of your previous warns, and current warns with their expiration date.
