Will pay a coder to fix some Clockwork (GitHub version) issues

Unless someone else is willing to fix the following listed bugs free in a timely matter, I am willing to pay someone to do so. You will be paid once the job is done and visual images prove these bugs/features are fixed. After I pay you, you will make these files publicly available for all to use, or whatever is in compliance with C16 licensing (consider it paid public courtesy).

Problems I want fixed (or features added if not already):
    1. Names and physical descriptions on corpses (text information appears on mouse over)
    2. Names and physical descriptions appearing on salesman (like what is described above)
    3. Fix picking up cash and salesman response when one cannot afford to purchase an item (see: https://github.com/CloudSixteen/Clockwork/issues/389)

    1. I am using the GitHub version of Clockwork
    2. I am using a customized HL2RP schema (it is at this point basically identical to HL2RP apart from its name - and yes I have a dev key)
    3. I pay in normal currency only, no Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies
    4. I pay using PayPal (if you can think of a better more reputable site, I might consider it), any potential information that is shared between us (payment/email/name/address) must be kept confidential between both parties
    5. Alternatively (and a more private way of doing so), I can pay you by purchasing and gifting a game to you on Steam of your choice that is equivalent of value to the payment
    6. If all goes well I may pay you for other fixes/features in the future if necessary/if they come up (all content of this would also be publicly released as long as doing so is compatible with any C16 licensing)
    7. I am looking for a reasonably trustworthy coder here, @RJ, @duck

Make issues here for every problem/feature you want me to attend to. Please be as detailed as possible. I'm working with another client right now, so it may take some time for me to get started with you, but I will let you know when I begin.

I've added you on steam as well.

I'm looking forward to this! I'm opening a Phase Four server soon and noticed these issues that @Amnis pointed out.

So far so good, but have run into a roadblock with one issue. Looking for a coder who is willing to look into and fix an issue for me. Issue described here:

You must be willing to use FTP if needed - although I am using the GitHub version of Clockwork. Please give me a quote (price) that we can agree upon before doing work. Once you're done, I will pay you before you release the finished work to the public on GitHub. Just be sure to send me a screenshot of the fix/feature working in-game. If all goes well, I may even pay you for more work in the future if it comes up.
